Steve radiates positivity, dedication, and enthusiasm, creating a welcoming and uplifting environment for students and staff. He goes above and beyond by mentoring others, balancing encouragement with authority, and consistently fostering a respectful, supportive school culture.

Silvana demonstrates remarkable leadership and commitment. She takes on extra responsibilities, mentors new teachers, and enhances curriculum and labs—all while supporting students and colleagues with tireless dedication and lasting impact.

Jackie goes above and beyond with a heart full of compassion. She creates a positive, inclusive space during lunch and recess, builds strong bonds with students, and is always ready to lend a helping hand. From creative behavior incentives to using her own resources to support students, Jackie is truly irreplaceable.

Shawn is a dedicated educator who brings warmth, calm, and dependability to everything he does. He creates a safe, inclusive environment where all students, especially those with special needs, feel supported and valued. His thoughtful approach and unwavering commitment make him a standout at Conley.

Meg and Lee are invaluable members of the ECC team. Meg brings warmth and expertise to her role, helping young students transition from Early Intervention with compassion and care. Her ability to connect with families and children creates a safe and welcoming environment. Lee is a dedicated and proactive team member who consistently supports both staff and students.
